This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of the CITRUS COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT, whose address is 1000 West Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California 91741 (hereinafter designated as the “District” or “Board”) and the CITRUS COLLEGE ADJUNCT FACULTY FEDERATION (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), an employee union and chapter of Local 6352 of the American Federation of Teachers.

If you have a 40% load combining Summer and Fall time, you are eligible for either continuing your benefit or beginning it. To do either, fill out the attached form and send it to LIsa Fowler by September 19, 2025, (lfowler@citruscollege.edu). She also wrote that she would not drop anyone who is not eligible until she gets the Fall schedule from the deans. If you are eligible and you turn in the form, your benefit will continue thru the Fall and into the Spring if you are eligible then.
